Circular year calendar
A year on one dial: seasons, months and the days of the month on three rings. Step through the days and the day ring re-spaces itself for 28, 30 or 31 days.
How it's built
- The days are satellites on
orbit-11. The script writes as many as the month has, and Orbit spaces them evenly, so the ring is always full. See satellites. - Months and seasons are
<o-arc>elements without avalue: sibling arcs share their ring equally. Text inside an arc is drawn along it, andflipkeeps the lower half readable. from-350turns the season ring so winter starts on 21 December, ten days before January.- The thin band between the months and the days is an
<o-progress max="365">set to the day of the year.
